You agree not to use the Services:

• In any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation

• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit minors

• To transmit spam, unauthorized advertising, or promotional materials

• To impersonate Huntley Consulting Group, its employees, or any other person or entity

• To interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Services

All hiring and employment decisions are made solely by the client organization. Huntley Consulting Group serves as an advisory and recruitment partner and is not responsible for employment decisions, compensation agreements, workplace policies, or employment actions taken by clients or candidates.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Huntley Consulting Group’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.
