Meet The Founder

Hanley Holcomb

Hanley is the Founder/Managing Director of Huntley CG and brings nearly 25 years of experience in Real Estate and Finance.  

His practice centers on recruiting for the Real Estate Investment space (REITs, Developers, Investment Managers, Owner Operators), Family Offices, Investment Banks and Advisory Firms. Hanley has done work across all asset classes including Industrial/Logistics, Commercial, Multifamily, Retail, and Hospitality.

Prior to founding HCG, Hanley was a Partner at Signal Partners, a leading PE focused search firm where he led the RE practice.  He launched his executive search career as a  Senior Partner at Lucas Group (Korn Ferry), a national search firm, where he spent nearly four years executing search assignments for industry-leading companies such as Oaktree Capital, Irvine Company, Bellwether Asset Management, Brookfield Properties, and CIRE Equity, among others. 

Earlier, Hanley was an Associate on the high net worth team at UBS Private Wealth Management. He also spent six years on Wall Street as a Trader covering U.S. Equities and was a licensed RE broker with CCIM designation.

Hanley graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in History and was an All-American member of the men’s national championship lacrosse team. He currently resides in Manhattan Beach, CA, with his wife and two young children where they enjoy an outdoor lifestyle.
